I just noticed
http://minilink.es which is a completely ordinary link shortening service with nothing special about it. Except that the page is in Spanish and seems to attempt to monetize itself through the use of Google ads.
Of course, this is distinct from my http://minilink.org (possibly better known as http://lnk.nu) which has the (almost) unique property of including the destination domain name in the shortened link. This significantly improves usability by giving the user who clicks on the link at least a clue where the link might lead.
